Codename Sky:
A Smokejumper's Promise
Montana smokejumper-turned-CIA paramilitary officer Jerry Daniels supported a clandestine Hmong army during America’s Secret War in Laos and then, when the battles were over, became a hero to the Hmong by dedicating himself to helping tens of thousands of his former allies escape persecution and find freedom in the United States.
Featuring interviews with secret war veterans, historians, smokejumpers, CIA officers, pilots and authors, Codename Sky tells the story of the sacrifices of the Hmong people during the Secret War and the legendary man who kept his promise to stand by their side - Jerry Daniels.
